Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Leafy Days ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Leafy Days iOS app and leafydays.codemxm.com (the "Service"). We built Leafy Days for everyday plant lovers who want helpful routines without giving up their privacy.
1. Privacy-first design in Leafy Days
Leafy Days does not require an account. By default, your plant photos, care schedules, and journal entries are stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage.
Telemetry and third-party analytics SDKs are disabled in the current Leafy Days release. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored on your device
Leafy Days may store the following locally on your device:
- Plant names, photos, rooms, light and humidity preferences, and watering schedules you enter.
- Journal entries such as watering events, notes, fertilizer, repotting, pruning, and progress photos.
- App preferences, reminder settings, and Premium entitlement status cached for offline use.
3. Information you choose to share
If you contact us by email at hi@codemxm.com, we receive the information you include in your message. If you enable diagnostics in feedback settings, device and app version details may be attached to help us troubleshoot.
4. Premium purchases and RevenueCat
Leafy Days Premium purchases are processed by Apple. To verify, restore, or refresh your Premium entitlement, the app may communicate with RevenueCat using an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipt data.
RevenueCat does not receive your plant journal content or photos. For details about RevenueCat's practices, see revenuecat.com/privacy.
5. Notifications and permissions
If you allow notifications, Leafy Days schedules local reminders on your device when plant care is due. You can change or revoke notification permission anytime in iOS Settings.
If you add plant photos, Leafy Days may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos you select are stored on your device unless you delete them.
6. Website analytics
This website may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, page views). The marketing site does not access your in-app plant data.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local Leafy Days data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your iPhone. Premium backup files you create are stored where you save them.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain records.
8. Children's privacy
Leafy Days is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hi@codemxm.com and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because most Leafy Days data stays on your device, you can delete it directly in the app. For other requests, email hi@codemxm.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Leafy Days features or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date.
