1. About Leafy Days

Leafy Days is a plant care companion that helps you track watering, organize your plant collection, keep a growth journal, and receive optional local care reminders. Leafy Days provides general plant care suggestions for everyday plant owners and does not offer professional horticultural, medical, or diagnostic advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Leafy Days. If you are under the age required in your country, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and local data

Leafy Days does not require you to create an account. Most of your plant photos, schedules, and journal entries are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose to create.

4. Leafy Days Premium and purchases

Leafy Days offers optional Premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Premium may include unlimited plants, backup and restore, growth reports, advanced care reminders, and a Home Screen widget.

Purchases, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Current Premium offerings may include an annual subscription and a lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

Purchase verification may use RevenueCat to confirm your entitlement. RevenueCat does not receive your plant journal content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Leafy Days for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping or overloading systems.
• Misrepresent Leafy Days guidance as professional diagnosis or guaranteed plant health outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

Leafy Days, including its name, branding, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or website except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Leafy Days is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that care reminders will always be delivered on time, that suggested schedules will suit every plant, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Plant care depends on many factors. You remain responsible for observing your plants and seeking qualified help when needed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of plants, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Leafy Days.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes to Leafy Days or these Terms

We may update Leafy Days features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
